Where do you ship?


We are currently shipping within the UK and all of our products are sourced from the UK




Delivery times


Our delivery times are 3-5 working days, but if you require something more urgently, don’t hesitate to drop us a message and let us know when you need it margoandludo@dimoso.com. We chose Hermes as our choice of delivery, they provide us with a variety of services and they are taking the best precautions to ensure they are as environmentally friendly as possible. Washing instructions


To ensure that your lovely new products stay intact please put them on a 40-degree wash with similar colours and please do not tumble dry. To get the crisp and polished finish you can iron once dry!




Environmental policy


Sustainability. Packaging is made of recycled material and biodegradable.




Charity


We will be donating 10% of our yearly profit across charities such as GSP Rescue & Labrador Rescue. This is in line with our products that are inspired by breeds & mixed breeds - our donations will reflect that.




Returns policy


Cancellation, Refunds and Exchanges: Thank you for shopping at Margo & Ludo If you wish to cancel your order, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can provide you with a refund. To do this, drop us an email at info@margoandludo.com We pride ourselves on our products, therefore if any goods are deemed faulty, we will replace them with no extra charge or will refund you. Please inspect all goods at the time of your delivery and notify us of any faults or errors with your parcel: this should be done within 10 working days from the day that you have received your items. Failure to do so will, unfortunately, result in your items being deemed non-refundable. Upon return, we will inspect the products to ensure that they have not been used and are in a re-saleable condition; if they do not meet these standards we regret that we will be unable to accept your return unless reported as damaged or faulty when received, within the timeframe stated above. Once we have received your email request to exchange or return any items, we will be in touch. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post upon return to us. Please ensure that the items are returned in the same condition as you received them and are packed suitably along with the original receipt.
